Nature of the service

MarketWire (“the Service”) is an editorial and analytics tool that aggregates publicly available financial news, applies a language-model-generated impact score per instrument, and presents contextual data for the user’s own research and preparation.

The Service does not:

• provide investment advice, personalized recommendations, or trade signals
• execute, broker, custody, or arrange the execution of any trade
• guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data presented

Not investment advice

Nothing shown in the Service, including news scores, sentiment tapes, economic event rankings, or price data, is investment advice. Scores are algorithmic interpretations of news text and are provided for informational purposes only. Past scoring behavior is not indicative of future accuracy or of future market movement. The user is solely responsible for any trading, investment, position sizing, or risk management decisions they make.

Data sources

The Service ingests data from third-party providers including Finnhub, EODHD, ForexFactory, and Yahoo Finance. Accuracy, availability, and delivery timing of that data are subject to the terms of those providers. MarketWire is not liable for losses arising from third-party data errors, delays, or outages.

Account and access

The Service is invitation-only. Access may be granted or revoked at the sole discretion of MarketWire. The user must not share account credentials, resell access, scrape the Service, or use the Service to build a competing product.

Acknowledgement

By using the Service, the user acknowledges having read and understood these terms and confirms that they are using MarketWire as a helper for their own analysis and not as a substitute for their judgment, their broker, their compliance obligations, or a licensed financial advisor.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketWire and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Changes to these terms

MarketWire may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of MarketWire. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction under those laws.
